Our Process
STage 1
Purchase
We source tired residential and commercial properties that require modernisation which have the potential to have value added to them.
STage 2
Funding
The projects are funded through a combination of our own monies, private investors and institutional lending.
With the backing of private investors we are able to create a product that is much needed and required in the UK housing market.
STage 3
Renovate
We work with highly professionalised teams to deliver our product.
The properties are developed into high spec coliving homes for working professionals, achieving the top 5% of rents for that area.
STage 4
Refinance
The properties are refinanced at their new higher value, the proceeds of which are used to repay our private investors.
Founders
Beta Property Solutions was founded in 2020 by husband wife duo Jiten and Jital.
Having carried out significant property renovations to their own home and also helping family and friends manage similar projects, they found their calling in property development and investment.
Jiten Umeria
A qualified actuary with over 14 years industry experience.
Having worked within the actuarial departments for a large UK insurers and a Big4 consultancy firm, Jiten set-up his own independent actuarial consultancy in 2015 and now embarks in property investment and development.
Jital Umeria
Pursued a career in Toxicology for over 10 years where she managed multiple projects and work streams.
Jital recently left her job to focus on the growth of Beta Property Solutions.
Together
The duo use their combined skills and experiences in project & relationship management, attention to detail and passion for property to become coliving specialists within UK.
To propel their journey, Jiten and Jital are undertaking a mentorship with The HMO Platform.
